Provide crew assignment for Chinese international and domestic seagoing vessels, manage seagoing crew affairs on behalf of seagoing employers, and apply for training, examination and certification on behalf of seagoing crew members.

The company has a group of dedicated full-time management personnel, in strict accordance with the international maritime Convention and the provisions of the national Maritime Safety Administration to conduct professional training for the crew, the company's staffing business is mainly oil tanker, chemical tanker, liquefied gas tanker, engineering ship, luxury cruise ship, bulk cargo ship as a supplement, since its establishment has provided shipowners with nearly 1,000 crew.     Due to work needs, we are recruiting 2 crew supervisors.

Job Description:

1, responsible for communication and liaison with the shipowner, according to the requirements of the shipowner to recruit crew who meet the standards;

2. Responsible for the development and tracking of crew information until the recruitment is successful;

3, responsible for crew disembarkation arrangements;

3. Responsible for crew contract signing and file management;

4. Responsible for applying, receiving and managing crew certificates;

5, responsible for the crew examination training registration;

6. Complete the temporary work assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above;

2, have oil, bulk cargo and other types of crew recruitment experience;

3, familiar with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW convention, ISM rules, etc., familiar with quality and safety management system;

4, proficient in word, excel, adobe and other daily office software;

5, have a strong sense of responsibility and communication skills;

6, sincere and honest, good team spirit.
